WHAT’S THE POINT?

What’s the point? Yes, this question can be answered in several ways. What’s the point of your life, your business, your efforts?

What’s the point of your brand? What’s the point of branding?

Have you considered your brand’s true purpose? Is your passion fierce enough to fuel it? Together, are they strong enough to persist, and thrive, over time?

Is your brand relevant? Does your brand add value? Does it powerfully differentiate you from your competition?

If you are unable to answer these questions, your brand likely needs help! The same is true if your employees, customers, and prospects are also unaware.

The Point is this -

NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR BRAND IS…

IT CAN BE BETTER!

Your BRAND is Your Greatest Asset!

Your brand is much more than a logo, it’s your value proposition, your promise to the public.

It is the emotional connection between you and your customers.

Brand messaging is how you communicate your value and create an emotional bond.

Does your brand consistently deliver your value and achieve your desired results?

If not, we should talk.

The Five Pillars of Branding

Every brand requires ongoing, effective support. We focus on the five primary pillars of support that are proven to be essential for a thriving, growing, value-driven brand

Leadership - Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal

Effective leadership provides clear direction, encourages team members, builds on strengths, and drives results.

Marginal leadership creates doubt, confusion which demotivates, and destroys trust - culminating in uninspired performance and lackluster results

How do you lead? Does your team consider themselves leaders? Can you do better?

Behavior - Behavior can be seen, heard and or felt - it is observable because it is tangible.

Consistently appropriate behavior builds trust, creates relational value, and leads to positive results.

Unsuitable behavior will alienate team members, customers, and prospects, destroying trust and undermining a brand’s value.

How do you, your company and your team behave? Do you recognize different behavioral styles and use that to you advantage?

Communication - Communication is often taken for granted - yet it’s consistently listed as one of the greatest shortcomings in organizations and relationships

Great communicators understand that effective communication is a combination of art and science, built on a bedrock of listening - genuinely listening to understand.

Without effective communication, no leader can lead, no messaging will be compelling, relational value won’t exist, and no brand will survive.

How is your communication and that of your team? How much can your communication improve?

Influence - Influence can be defined as simply the ability to move a person or persons to a desired action, usually within the context of a specific goal.

What does it take to be truly influential? Giving. Influence is a function of pulling – not pushing. Influence is setting a frame of attraction.

Too many attempt to push their goals, wants and needs onto others. That is NOT influence, rather it’s manipulation.

How influential are you? Are you other-focused? Do you use ‘pull’ to influence?

Team - How important is team? Patrick Lencioni puts it this way, “If you could get all the people in an organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.

Truly effective teams - cohesive teams - are built on the basis of Trust, embrace Conflict, foster Commitment, demand Accountability, and achieve tremendous Results.

Poor performing teams lack Trust, fear Conflict, lack Commitment, avoid Accountability, and, as a result, rarely achieve optimal Results.

How effective is your team? Is everyone rowing in the same direction? How can your team get more cohesive?
